Living History Day

Our biggest event of the year, our living history day will host various period reenactments from open hearth cooking, wool spinning, wood working, and even a blacksmith! Come enjoy a house tour and learn all about the days of Fredon past!

Twelfth Night Celebration

Twelfth Night is a Christian celebration traditionally held 12 days after Christmas, when the wise men visited the baby Jesus. And at Coursen House we host an open house, with music, warm food, and good company! This past winter we hosted our second annual Twelfth Night and hope to host another in 2017!

Twice a year we open Coursen House to anyone who wants to stop by and see what we've been up to. A very casual event where our Keeper's are always available to answer questions or give a little tour!
